Cabin Stay: Sleep Up to 10 Guests
For groups who want more comfort, our Ash Creek Canyon cabin sleeps up to 10 guests and is also booked through Hipcamp. You’ll have real beds, shelter from the elements, and easy access to the same creek, trails, and canyon views as our campsites. What types of vehicles are able to make it down the canyon road to Ash Creek Canyon?
Our Ash Creek Canyon campsites are best suited for smaller, nimble rigs and standard vehicles. For safety and access reasons, we do not allow large RVs or towable rigs such as Class A, Class B, Class C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, or toy haulers. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will work, you can always message us with your rig type and length before you book.
Is there potable water available in the campground?
Yes, Ash Creek Canyon has an endless supply of natural spring water available in a central location to all campsites in the canyon. The water has been tested by two different labs in Phoenix and is cleaner than any water in the valley.
Is there internet and cell coverage available in Ash Creek Canyon campground?
Yes, Ash Creek Canyon has two building equipped with Starklink. The Miner's Cabin and the Camphost's cabin. There will always be at least one Starlink available. The wifi name is 'Starlink', and there is no password. To be able to utilize calls, you will need to the settings in your phone to use 'calling over wifi'. When the phone asks for an address, just enter your own address. The larger half of the canyon does have regular cell coverage.
Are there bathrooms available in Ash Creek Canyon campground?
There will always be one flushable toilet available for use to all campers. The bathroom with either be in the unoccupied portion of the camphost's cabin, or in the miner's cabin.
