Off-Roading and Hiking Guided Tour – Chrysotile, AZ

Chrysotile Lost City Mine Tour 

Location: Tour begins on Highway 60 East between Globe and Show Low, at Mile Marker 283 (Chrysotile, AZ).

Tour Times:

  • Daily at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Duration:

  • Approximately 2–3 hours

  • Feel free to stay and explore the area on your own after the tour—make a day of it!

What to Expect

  • Adventure & History: Explore rugged trails and scenic landscapes while learning about the historic mine, old buildings, and hidden stories from the area’s past.  Hike down into the canyon and follow Ash Creek.  See swimming holes, waterfalls, interesting rock formations on a fun and challenging hike.  See waterfalls that only 5 people have seen in the last 100 years!!!

  • Photo-Worthy Moments: Capture stunning views, unique structures, and Arizona’s wild beauty.

  • Insider Knowledge: Hear fascinating facts and little-known history from your experienced guide.
